Pappelina rugs are extremely versatile and can be used in kitchens and bathrooms and outdoors. Dust, dirt and water-repellent they can be mopped and hand or machine washed making them a highly practical and durable floor covering.

Designed by Swedish textile designer Lina Rickardsson and based a traditional Swedish weaving technique, pappelina rugs are modern and unique, coming in array of bold designs.
The rugs are made from woven plastic and linen using techniques that produce a funky reversible design with opposing vibrant colour patterns on either side.

Suitable for outdoor use, they are made from PVC-plastic and polyester-warp to give an ultimate durability and cleanability. Being very thin and fairly stiff, they are still very comfortable to walk on and their basic geographic patterns mean they add a spark to any modern outdoor setting. The dyes used by pappelina are UV-resistant too so their perfect on the decking, in the conservatory or by the pool!

Recently, the line has expanded to include wool blankets, cotton feather pillows, and even Table runners, all in the distinctive pappelina design.
