Seaside House is a grade II listed property situated in the heart of Downalong, St Ives. The Cornish port is well-known for its quaint cottages and narrow streets.
Our remit for this project was to assist our clients with the creation of a successful holiday property which would return their investment in the shortest possible period.
Flooring and furniture were selected that would give the property style whilst being able to perform for season after season and provide ease of maintenance throughout.
Vibrant fabrics were chosen for the communal areas that create a bright, holiday feel. Similar ideas were applied to the bedrooms but with a softened tone.
