Our brief for this project was to refresh this family home with a modern, stylish look and provide the latest in technology for our clients from the Home Counties.
Good communication was the key for us to successfully design, manage and supply all aspects of the work, with the majority of contact between our clients and ourselves being made at a distance by email. Our work was to include the removal and replacement of tired timber and slate balcony structures with contemporary stainless steel and Douglas Fir replacements. Night storage heaters were removed and replaced with wireless controlled underfloor systems to compliment stylish Amtico fooring.
Furniture and fabrics were selected to give a fresh, seaside feel that is sophisticated yet still comfortable and not sharp.
Internal open plan spaces were created and furniture incorporated in such a way as to ensure that the maximum benefit was made from the space... and the stunning sea views.
